Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Customized or personalized items

3. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for size or color variations, subject to product availability. If your desired item is not available, we will issue a store credit or refund (as applicable).


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Pack the item securely and include your name, order number, and reason for return.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and a description of the issue for a faster resolution.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please email us.
